While the overall ambiance was good, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of my room. The linens seemed slightly outdated, which detracted from my comfort. I found the lack of extra pillows to be an oversight, impacting my sleep quality .

Location next to the center, France on a bicycling trip, and town centre and other attractions. Substantial breakfast option with good coffee. Efficient check in & the service was excellent.

Charming historical hotel with unique antique decor. Spacious rooms provide comfort, especially the Beautiful Room with fine views of the Pyrenees. Breakfast standout feature, offering fresh pastries and the fun "boil your own egg" option from local sources. Staff like Lucas made check-in smooth and offered helpful local advice. Bathroom layout could be improved. The shower spray escapes the lovely triangular bath, and there isn't a drain for spilled water. Air conditioning remote was taped, restricting use. Still, these quirks didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment. I'd return for the good setting and engaging staff.

Charming Hotel with Wonderful Staff

Woke up each day to the aroma of freshly baked croissants and the joy of friendly staff. The decor is original and provides a unique touch to the whole experience.

The limited breakfast options and occasional noise from the radiators in the room detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We had a comfy room with heaps of French character, but the breakfast could've used more variety and the plumbing was a bit slow at times. Chur for the friendly staff!

Solo traveler great choice

Good location within easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants and points of interest. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with options like fresh bread and those amazing croissants, they were hot from the oven when I got to the buffet.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but given the quality it felt reasonable.

Amazing place with wi-fi, air conditioning, and a tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me with dining directions. I recommend trying the continental breakfast. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

the street next to the hotel was a bit noisy at times. but the breakfast was incredible, offering fresh and high quality options. lovely modern bathroom that was spacious and elegant. great location, easy walk to the city center.

Had the small double room, which came with air conditioning, a tv, and free toiletries. The shower was nice, and there was a hairdryer in the private bathroom. The hotel's salon had great atmosphere, and breakfast included fresh pastries and the famous "boil your own egg" machine. Plus, I loved the comfortable lounge area and cute vibe of the place.

The bristol is centrally located. The decor has a unique charm that stands out, and the bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious croissants at breakfast, too.

Spent a night in a charming room with a unique decor that felt both cozy and authentic it had that touch of French elegance. The breakfast was really something else warm pastries straight from the oven just perfect to kickstart the day.

The place is nicely appointed and suited fine. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mediatheque Andre Labarrere. The hotel is in a safe area just next door to the town center and other attractions as well as a local restaurant.
